The service department in Kauklahti, Espoo is in charge of the service of professional electronics, home electronics and electromechanical equipment imported by the subsidiaries of the Group. Furthermore, control, adjustments and modifications of new systems are part of the activity. Know-how is kept up-to-date by training both in Finland and abroad at the suppliers' premises.

The central service facility is supported by a nationwide network of authorized service shops undertaking repair and service of many of the products. They are all trained by experts within the Hedengren Group.
